Navitaire provides Revenue Accounting Services on either an Application Service Provider (ASP) basis or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) basis.

Application Service Provider (ASP) Services

Navitaire’s hosted services are delivered in an Application Services Provider (ASP) model through one of our worldwide data centers. The ASP model allows your airline to avoid the high up-front costs associated with securing the hardware and operating and maintaining the PRA System. The ASP model also enables your airline to minimize the cost of system enhancement and maintenance by leveraging continued investment in the PRA System through our shared services model.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Services

In addition to providing revenue accounting technology, Navitaire BPO services can perform the entire revenue accounting function on your behalf. Navitaire’s BPO services deliver timely and accurate financial analysis and detailed management information for revenue accounting, finance, sales and marketing, and corporate management needs. In addition to standard revenue accounting functions, Navitaire can also perform customer service functions, such as a refunds call center service.
